At Michigan Sports Performance (MSP), we offer structured training programs designed to develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our Michigan-themed training groups focus on strength, speed & agility, plyometrics, mobility, power development, and movement mechanics. Each session is led by a certified coach using a progression-based system.

Structured Performance Training

Structured performance sessions per week led by certified coaches using a progression-based system to improve strength, speed, agility, and more.

  • 2 - 50 Minutes Individual/Group Training Sessions (Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday)

  • Perfect for Younger Introduction and Advanced Groups.

  • Saturday's 10am to 11am (11-13 Years)

  • 60 Minutes Training Sessions that focus on specific seasons.
  • In Season, Pre-Season or Out-of-Season. 
  • Circuit Training focused on Speed, Agility, Strength and Recovery.

Individual Training

Looking for the "extra"? Looking for a little more? These 50 minutes individual sessions can be scheduled with your personal trainer. Work on Strength and Conditioning or Skills and Speed. Programs are developed 

MSP Recruiting Advantage Program

The MSP Recruiting Advantage Program provides student-athletes with the guidance, exposure, and professional support needed to navigate the college recruiting process. From personalized evaluations and highlight videos to direct college coach outreach, we help athletes find the right fit academically, athletically, and personally.
