Our Coaches

Our intentions are simple: we provide an exceptional training experience in a safe and fun environment. We are a family of fitness professionals who aims to train young athletes who want to perform at the top of their level in Middle and High School sports.


Our coaches strive to make a positive impact on each athlete by stressing the importance of leadership, teamwork, and FUN.

We believe that safe, fun, and goal-oriented exposure to fitness and sport is a necessary building block while progressing through the formative years into adulthood.

We place a heavy premium on the safety of our athletes and we follow a proven pattern of assessments, which allow our athletes to graduate to more-challenging movements.

Teams function best when they are comprised of uniquely talented individuals all working together toward a common goal. Our coaches know that the whole is always greater than the sum of its part, and they always put forth their best effort to instill leadership and teamwork in our young athletes.
