The Perfect MSP Athlete
The perfect athlete for MSP isnβt defined by age, talent level, or experience, but by mindset. They want to get better, are coachable, willing to work harder, and value character. Discover if you fit the MSP mold and how we can help you excel.
Is MSP Right for You?
Remember when hard work was expected?
When it wasn’t a talent… it was a requirement?
Today, athletes list “hard work” as if it’s a special skill.
At Michigan Sports Performance, hard work isn’t a trait — it’s the foundation.
Our trainers demand effort.
They demand accountability.
Train through Competition.
They expect athletes to show up ready to push, sweat, struggle, and grow.
And here’s the truth:
Stop Guessing, Start Progressing
If you train at MSP, you’ll leave with a competitive edge over every athlete who treats hard work like an optional skill.
Not everyone is accepted into this program — and not everyone will make it.
Athletes who do not meet the standard can be removed from the program at any time.
Because this training is not for everyone.
But for the athletes who ARE ready?
